Accommodations

This year we have made some changes to our sites.  For your liking we have expanded the size of the sites, giving you a Premium Site.

We welcome all size campers/motorhomes.  All of our sites now include electric, water, and sewer hookups along with free WiFi. All of our pricing is based on 2 adults per site, children under 12 are free. Each Premium Site has new gravel for ease of back in capability, and even more space for you to enjoy. Our sites are shaded at varying times of the day, and the creek adds a peaceful ambiance for you to "sit back and take life with a smile" according to Avery. 

We also welcome tent campers, please come prepared with your own sleeping quarters. 

Premium Site 30/50 AMP sites for $50.00 /night + tax.

Pets are welcome, however we do ask that you make sure you clean up after your furry friend! 

Monthly rates with 3 Month minimum are $600.00+ tax per month.

Month by Month rates are $800.00+ tax per month.

***All monthly rentals require an application for approval, with proof of Insurance and Background check provided by Tenant.***

Please let us know if you are Military or First Responder as we would love to honor you by offering a discount (ID required).

Our tiny homes provide the perfect place for you to come and enjoy a simple retreat.  Our tiny homes are built with simple accommodations.  The main floor includes a Queen bed with a bathroom/shower, living space with a small kitchen and dining area. Then you have a loft that provides two twin beds and a play area.  All of the tiny homes include heat/AC units with a front screen door for you to be able to enjoy the fresh mountain air.  There is also a TV provided which is connected with WIFI for streaming. Here you have the ability to sit on the front porch and enjoy the creek flowing or have yourself an open fire pit and roast some marshmallows for smores!  

This is a place to relax and enjoy the simple life in the mountains and cast all of your worries away for a spell!

Tiny homes rent for $110/night +tax 

Linens are provided for up to 4 guest.

There is a $50.00 pet fee per pet which is NONREFUNDABLE.
